This is a software tool that converts a PDF drawing to industry standard DWG/DXF format.
Any PDF to DXF Converter is a full featured PDF to DXF/DWG converter. PDF documents being industry standard, quite often you end up with drawings in PDF from collaborators who do not have a need to set up full CAD system at their end. If you happen to be the manufacturer, or someone who need to edit these drawings, then you would need to convert the PDFs into DXF or the DWG formats. These are industry standards and are handled by not only the AutoCAD but several AutoCAD compatible drawing software. You are able to easily convert PDF drawings to DWG or DXF formats with this tool. You do not need to deploy AutoCAD or Adobe Acrobat either. All versions of PDF formats are supported, similarly all the DWG/DXF versions released by AutoDesk so far are supported. Compatibility should not be an issue at all.
When converting, the application maintains the drawing colors used in the PDF. You can convert the whole PDF document, a range of pages or single pages into one page or separate pages of DXF/DWG. Scanned PDF documents need not be converted to vector first but are converted directly. Vector entities like lines, polylines, splines, hatches, circles and arcs are converted easily. True type fonts and line widths are recognized and used in the drawing properly. Drawings are resized by the scale factor used in the PDF drawings. The interface is very simple. You pick a list of folders, include all sub-folders in it (if you like), click some choices and you are all set to go. Whether the PDF is single page drawing or a multi-page one is no issue at all. If you have a need for using such conversions on a regular basis, this is a tool that can save you lot of trouble.
